PlyometricsThe most challenging part of aspiring to become a professional athlete is the dedication you must give to get you in top physical condition to give you a chance to succeed at the next level.  Most high school and college athletes rely on the current talent they have, which is why only 6 Percent of even those fortunate enough to get drafted ACTUALLY make the professional big league level. It’s as simple as the cliche “NO PAIN NO GAIN”

Succeeding at the next level requires Speed & Agility in addition to strength training.  TKO Fitness provides a fun and motivating experience to Speed & Agility Training incorporating plyometrics, fast twitch muscle training, and overall strength & conditioning.  Sessions can be individual or group format.
