1 can fruit cocktail (undrained)

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

1/3 cup light coconut milk

Why: For healthy fats that are quickly burned for fuel, which both reduces fat stored and spares muscle glycogen therefore extending your workout (coconut milk); slow-digesting carbohydrates for extended energy (fruit cocktail); and fast-digesting protein (whey protein powder) to give your muscles the energy to work and grow.
